US orders: You have 14 days after delivery to request a return if the case is unused and in the condition you received it. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
International orders: These are final sale, so please check your knife model carefully before ordering. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility, and we can’t refund them. If you’re unsure which model you have, message us and we’ll help.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your case arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Care
Keep dry and away from prolonged direct sunlight. If it gets damp, air dry naturally. Condition occasionally with a leather conditioner. Natural leather darkens and develops character with use.
Handmade items vary slightly in grain and color.
